Lincoln 200:
The Bicentennial Festival
In collaboration with Executive Producer ESM Productions, Clearpath was the Executive Producer in Charge of Production, responsible for overall budget, development, production and management of this four-day outdoor festival on Independence National Mall in Philadelphia, July 2-5, 2009. Celebrating the 200th birthday of Abraham Lincoln, the festival was inspired by and also commemorated Philadelphia's Great Central Fair of 1864 which Lincoln championed and visited.
Offering a dynamic and multifacited appeal, the program on the main stage included live music, dance, theatre, poetry jam, spoken word, other live performances. Other festival attractions included history, arts and sciences exhibitions, a video screening and presentation tent, and a variety of other family and kids activities. An estimated 40,000 visitors passed through the festival grounds througout the weekend.
